With several years of experience, Anastasia is often the first point of contact for potential employees. Her background in Psychology helps her expertly match candidates not only on technical qualifications but also on cultural fit. Anastasia manages everything from job descriptions and sourcing to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for our clients.
Here's how we do it:
Step 1: Creating the Perfect Job Description
Every successful hire starts with a well-defined job description. When a new position opens up, our first task is to gather requirements directly from our clients. We take the time to understand their goals, priorities, and the specific needs for the role, including the responsibilities, required technical skills, and qualifications. But we don’t stop there. We also immerse ourselves in understanding the product and the industry. By becoming familiar with the domain and the specific challenges it presents, we can better match the position with the ideal candidate who not only meets the technical requirements but also has the relevant industry experience.

Step 3: Screening Process

We conduct a two-step interview process:
1. HR Interview
The first interview focuses on evaluating the candidate's cultural fit within both the company and the project. This interview also provides the candidate with an overview of our work environment, projects, and values, ensuring alignment with their own aspirations.
2. Technical Interview
The second interview is conducted by a Senior Engineer or Manager with relevant experience. This stage assesses the candidate’s technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience level. Depending on the role, the candidate may be given an assignment to further evaluate their skills.
Step 4: Presenting the candidates to the clients
Once we have completed our internal evaluations, we move to the final stage—presenting the candidates to you. For each candidate, we provide a comprehensive summary of the information gathered during our interviews, including their technical capabilities, cultural fit, and overall alignment with your project goals. This ensures that you have all the insights you need to make an informed decision, saving you time and focusing your efforts on meeting only the best-suited candidates.
